Echo Stay Apartments is a UK serviced-accommodation business launching in Derby.
Echo Stay was created to provide comfortable, professionally managed accommodation for people who need somewhere better than a basic hotel room and more flexible than a traditional rental.
Plenty of people fall into that gap — a contractor on a six-week placement, a family visiting for a fortnight, someone relocating and waiting on a house purchase. Hotels are expensive and cramped for that. Long lets are inflexible. A well-run serviced apartment sits neatly in between.
We are starting deliberately small in Derby. One city, apartments we can look after properly, and standards we can actually hold to as we grow.
