Website terms and guest terms for stays with Echo Stay Apartments.
Last updated: [date to be added]
These terms govern your use of echostayapartments.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information. Apartment details, availability and pricing are confirmed at the point of enquiry and booking, and the confirmed booking details take precedence over anything shown on the website.
The Echo Stay name, logo, site design, text and photography are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Where we link to third-party websites we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
[These guest terms are an outline only. Complete each bracketed item and have the whole section reviewed before it is used for live bookings.]
A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it in writing and any required payment or deposit has been received. [Set out your deposit and payment schedule.]
[Set out accepted payment methods, when payment is due, and any security deposit arrangement.]
[Set out your cancellation windows, any charges, and how amendments are handled. This must match whatever you publish on booking platforms.]
[State your standard check-in and check-out times and any arrangements for early or late access.]
Only the guests named on the booking may stay in the apartment. The apartment must not be used for parties, events or commercial filming.
Guests are asked to respect neighbours, keep noise to a reasonable level — particularly between [times to be confirmed] — and leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. [Confirm your position on pets.]
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond fair wear and tear. [Set out how damage charges are assessed and recovered.]
We may need access during a stay for maintenance or in an emergency. Other than in an emergency we will give reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. [The remainder of this clause should be drafted by a solicitor.]
Longer bookings are provided as serviced accommodation and are not intended to create a tenancy. [This point in particular should be reviewed by a solicitor with reference to the length and nature of your bookings.]
If something is wrong, please tell us during your stay so we can put it right. See our complaints information.
