Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we are asked most. If something is not covered here, just ask.

Short stays and extended stays. That covers everything from a single night to a booking of several months — business trips, contractor placements, relocation, leisure visits and temporary accommodation.

Yes. Longer bookings are a core part of what we do. Rates and terms for extended stays are agreed on enquiry, since they depend on the length of stay and the apartment.

Yes. Our apartments are set up with business guests in mind — space to work, somewhere to cook, and a proper separation between living and sleeping areas. See our corporate accommodation page for company bookings.

Send us your dates through the contact form and we will confirm what is available. We do not yet run a live online booking calendar, and we would rather tell you honestly than show you availability we cannot hold.

Inclusions are confirmed per apartment and listed on each apartment page before booking. We do not publish a blanket list of amenities, because it would not be accurate for every property.

Wi-Fi availability is confirmed for each individual apartment on its listing. Please check the apartment page or ask us directly before booking if it is essential for your stay.

Parking varies by apartment and is confirmed per property. If parking is important to you, tell us when you enquire and we will be clear about what is available.

Check-in instructions are sent to you in advance of arrival. The exact arrangement is confirmed with your booking so you know what to expect before you travel.

Yes. We work with companies booking for staff, project teams and relocating employees. Business booking and invoicing arrangements are available on request — start here.

Absolutely. Tell us roughly how long you need and we will come back to you with terms. See short and extended stays for more detail.

Yes. If you own a property in Derby that might suit serviced accommodation, we are happy to discuss it — see our property owners page.

Tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Our complaints page explains how to raise an issue and what happens next.
