Serviced accommodation only works when the property is looked after properly. Guests notice the difference, and so does the owner — in the condition of the place, the standard of the reviews and the number of problems that land back at your door.
If you own a property in Derby that might suit short and extended stays, we are happy to talk it through. There is no obligation, and we will tell you honestly if we do not think it is a good fit.
You will not find guaranteed rent figures, projected yields or income promises on this page. Returns depend on the property, the season, the market and how well it is run — anyone quoting you a guaranteed number before seeing the place is guessing.
